We are excited to announce the newest addition to the Palean Security Limited team, Roman Ngatia, who joins us as the Digital Marketing Manager. In his role, Roman is focused on developing strategies to outperform competitors in the highly competitive MLM and network marketing space, specifically targeting a leading promoter in the health and wellness sector. His mission is clear: to uncover the strategies that have allowed this competitor to consistently rank #1 in Google Ads, even when all promoters have access to identical subdomains and landing pages.

What Roman Is Set to Achieve

As part of his initial tasks, Roman will be conducting a comprehensive competitor analysis to gain insights into the following areas:

• Ad Copy Breakdown: Reviewing the competitor’s ad copy, including headlines, calls to action (CTAs), and ad extensions to identify effective practices.
• Bidding Tactics: Exploring their bidding strategies, whether manual or automated, along with any bid adjustments for location and devices.
• Geo-Targeting Insights: Investigating any specific geo-targeting or time-based bidding methods used to maintain competitiveness.

A Comprehensive Action Plan

Roman will develop a detailed action plan aimed at helping us outperform this competitor, which will include:

• Keyword Strategy Recommendations: Focusing on long-tail and high-conversion keywords.
• Ad Copy Improvements: Suggestions for optimizing headlines, CTAs, and ad extensions to enhance relevance, click-through rates (CTR), and Quality Score.
• Bidding Strategy: Insights into both manual and automated bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Audience Targeting Recommendations: Guidance on audience segmentation, custom intent audiences, and remarketing strategies, even without tracking pixels.

Roman’s experience with tools such as SpyFu, SEMrush, and Ahrefs will enable him to conduct a thorough analysis and deliver actionable strategies to drive our campaigns forward.
